This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you visit cvousa.com, apply.cvousa.com, apply for an independent contractor sales position, or otherwise interact with us (together, the "Services").

1. Information we collect

Information you provide: name, phone number, email address, city/market, your answers to application questions, any optional video you submit, and messages you send us.

Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, and interactions with our pages, collected through cookies and similar technologies, including advertising pixels and analytics tools from third parties such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google.

Information from ad platforms: if you arrive from an ad, we may receive campaign information (such as which ad you clicked) associated with your visit.

2. How we use information

To review and respond to your application and communicate with you about it;
To schedule and manage interviews and onboarding;
To send you related updates and follow-ups by phone, text message, and email (see Section 3);
To measure and improve our recruiting campaigns and Services, including ad measurement through the pixels described above;
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3. Calls, texts & email (consent)

By submitting an application with the consent box checked, you give CVO Sales LLC your express written consent to contact you about your application and related opportunities by phone call, text message (including messages sent using automated technology), and email at the contact information you provide. Consent is not a condition of applying or of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or HELP for help. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it with:

Service providers that help us operate the Services — such as our CRM and communications platform, scheduling tools, and hosting providers — under obligations to protect it;
Advertising and analytics partners (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google) in connection with the measurement described above;
Legal and safety recipients when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Services;
A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

SMS consent: Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share the minimum information necessary with service providers that help us operate our CRM, send requested communications, or schedule interviews, solely to provide those services.

5. Cookies & advertising choices

You can limit cookies through your browser settings. You can also manage ad preferences through Meta Ad Preferences, TikTok settings, and Google Ad Settings, and opt out of certain interest-based advertising at optout.aboutads.info.

6. Data retention

We keep application information for as long as needed for recruiting purposes, to comply with legal obligations, and to maintain records of communications consent, then delete or de-identify it.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on your state (for example, California, Colorado, Texas, and others), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to receive a copy of it. To make a request, email alex@cvousa.com. We will verify your request and respond as required by law. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

8. Age requirement

The Services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
